What is club volleyball?
Club Volleyball at Premier is a program that allows your athlete the opportunity to take it to the next level beyond school ball and league. We have tryouts one week out of the year for each age division. We take those teams and compete in state and our top teams compete nationally.

Why choose Premier over other clubs?
We are proud to say that our club's track record speaks for itself! We are members of AAU, JVA & USAV giving our players every opportunity to be recognized! We have had 11 OK Premier players out of 18 in the state of OK that won the AVCA National Phenom award. The only five AAU Academic All Amercians from OK came from OK Premier. We had two girls win the JVA Athleader Awards, we had seven OK Premier girls on the National Watch List, many of our girls made the OKRVA High Performance Teams and many made National High Perfomance Teams. Our girls are being recruited for college at every level and it is our privilege to help them find the right fit. We give them opportunities to give back by coaching our youth leagues throughout the year. As we attend school games and tournaments and see our athletes and coaches that have came out of OK PREMIER playing primary roles on their school teams it confirms we are producing top of the line talent. In addition to that we believe it is more than volleyball. We pour a lot into mentorship and do our best to provide Christian leadership. We are making a difference in the volleyball community! Join us as we continue to raise the bar of excellence!
What to expect...
The purpose of OK Premier Volleyball Club is to provide the best possible learning environment to teach, train and educate our community of athletes, parents and coaches the fundamentals and advanced techniques of competitive volleyball. We believe in teaching sportsmanship while teaching our girls how to compete at the highest level.
We offer teams for age divisions 11-18 years. Within each age division, we provide varied levels of play. Your player will be evaluated at tryouts and placed accordingly based on skill.
Diamonds — Attend National Qualifiers and travel approximately 4-6 travel
National — Regional Level teams may travel 2-4 travel
Purple — Local Level teams play all metro area in state
Our National and Purple teams participate in tournaments within the state of Oklahoma, many in the OKC Metro area. Our Diamonds teams will compete in several national qualifier tournaments, and the majority of these tournaments are out of state.
All OK Premier coaches are registered members of OKRVA (Oklahoma Region Volleyball Association). Coaches working with players under the age of 18 are required to have a current background screening. We also require our coaches to have the USAV Impact Course Certification in order to coach in a junior program. Learn more about our OK Premier coaches here.
Playing time philosophy differs according to the competitiveness of the team. The concept of "fair" playing time has a different meaning for coaches, parents and athletes. There is no "equal" play rule. You pay for practice time not playing time. We also recognize that disparate views on what constitutes "fair" playing time are the most common source of the athlete and/or parent frustration in youth sports. At OK Premier, the playing time philosophy employed by our coaching staff will depend on the age of the team and the competitive level. As such, OK Premier has not adopted a club-wide playing time philosophy. The positional nature of volley combined with the complexity posed by attempting to balance the dual interests of distributing playing time fairly on the individual level and achieving the goals and objective of the team of a whole requires understanding the "fair" playing time does not always mean "equal" playing time.
