This is a fast pace, fun game of volleyball!
Get your best team of 4 together and come compete!
If you don’t have a team we will do our best to help you find one. 

• 4-on-4 gameplay: It's played with four players per team on the court, rather than the standard six.
• Fast-paced: The emphasis is on high-intensity rallies and quick transitions between points.
• Continuous play: Many versions eliminate timeouts and have games played on time, moving directly from one rally to the next.
• Dynamic pairings: Teams often play against a different opponent after each round, moving up or down courts based on their performance.
• Skill development: The format is designed to provide a lot of game-like contacts, encouraging aggressive play and skill refinement without dwelling on errors. 
• Round-robin and ladder: Tournaments often use a format where teams play several timed rounds against different opponents.
• Scoring and court movement: The results from each round determine which court a team plays on next, with winners advancing up and lower-scoring teams dropping down.
• Finals: The final round is typically a timed game to a certain point total (e.g., 25 points) with the top-finishing teams from the previous rounds
